Fulton Bank’s Innovation Institute is designed to foster collaboration between academia and industry, driving innovation and technological advancements. This program creates a dynamic ecosystem where students, faculty, and industry leaders work together on cutting-edge projects that address real-world challenges.
Program Objectives

Instill a culture of innovation and problem solving by working on real world challenges using advanced technology platforms and tools. |
Develop talent, knowledge, patterns, systems, and processes to accelerate time-to-learn and produce meaningful outcomes for future strategic and operational decision making. |
Foster mutually beneficial partnerships that create academic and industry opportunities and strengthen relationships within our communities. |
Program Direction

Use a business use-case driven approach, focusing on current needs, challenges, issues, and/or opportunities. |

Maintain low-risk proofs of concept to allow for faster and streamlined development. |

Provide support for each initiative through a Business Champion and a Faculty Advisor. |
